CSEL behavior tank state variable is a good estimate, but perhaps it should be used as a factor in generating a motivation to better fit within the PECS behavior model. After all, behavior isn't really continuous... (...right?)

a behavior method for choosing a behavior in order to best satisfy the motives should be implemented. Input should then take into account this last behavior. For the CSEL model: input is the inflow and should not be adjusted, but rather a motive calculated from the state of the CSEL behavior tank as well as some sort of amountMotiveSatisfied attribute of the state which comes from the input coming from the last interation's behavior.
