Have a new community survey (OCC-204)

We had our first and so far only survey in mid-2022 about the direction the project should take, see here. That was really useful, and since then, we've implemented everything covered there.

However, being an open-source project that you host yourself (barring DotNest) we have little idea about how the community actually uses OCC, and apart from issues, what everyone might further need from it.

Describe the solution you'd like

Create, announce, and then process a new community survey, similar to the last one. Also similarly, this can use Microsoft Forms. This can then be publicized here in the discussion board, Readme, the OC discussion board, OC meeting, Orchard Twitter, and in the Lombiq media.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Doing a less formal ask-around.
