Description

Finaly, after weeks and months of waiting for this simple information, the name of the demo application has been defined.

The short name is now Design Blocks, short name here refers to "the name displayed in the phone home screen".

The long name is Orange Design Blocks, long name refers to "the name displayed in the app switched or on the AppStore".

Technical details

  • Only change the name in the project settings and in App Store Connect / TestFlight side
  • Don't change the name of the xcodeproj and any IDE files ; it will imply a boring refactoring because Showcase name is used for the Xcode proejct file, and also in the CI/CD. Showcase remains a better name, we won't change our own internal file. We still had such refactoring and it was a waste of time.

According to @B3nz01d it seems the name of the demo app must be validated by the brand team...
