<li>ICT is niet even nuttig indien het in isolement wordt gegeven, maar ICT moet aan bod komen wanneer nodig.</li>
<li>Idee: ICT basisopleiding aan begin van curriculum.</li>
<li>Idee: flexibel blok van 2 uur les per week dat indien gepast ingezet kan worden voor ICT uitdieping.</li>

<ul>
<li>21st century skills zijn heel belangrijk voor de arbeidsmarkt.</li>
<li>Dit is een basisvaardigheid, dus moet verplicht worden.</li>
<li>Met een tablet en Facebook kunnen werken staat niet gelijk aan ICT vaardigheden (e.g., met specifieke softwarepakketten werken).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>De overheid mag wel richtlijnen geven, maar de leerkracht moet zich kunnen aanpassen aan de specifieke noden van de studenten (e.g. concentratiescholen). Zowel voor leerlingen die van thuis uit al ICT-vaardig zijn als voor minder ICT-vaardige leerlingen moet de goede content geboden worden.</li>
