Something I've been wanting to do for a while, but I want to understand MCs particle system better before I attempt it, so putting it up here to get other peoples brains ticking on the idea too.
The idea of being able to attach a particle emitter to a block/entity is quite attractive. You could even then implement a particle emitter peripheral/block, where a user can change the settings in real time.
I think people would make good use of it

Sounds cool, I was planning on adding particles to my new gravity-based blocks. I think that having a simple function for that in this library would be very nifty.
