Bug Description:
Stack version : v2.7.0-rc1
SHA : c733b29
Test case : SDO over UDP test
Managing Node : Linux PCIe (Altera-Terasic-De2i-150) design
Controlled Node: Bus controllers

Bug Summary:
Observed Behavior - MN is not transmitting the UDP frames in the network.
Expected Behavior - The MN should transmit the data in a SDO via UDP frame

Note:
We found that MAC address was not assigned in the POWERLINK frames. So, we assigned MAC address in the microblaze. After which Powerlink works with assigned MAC address, but still VEth is not working (VEth intializes but fails to open).

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Build the stack and driver
  • Change the application in accordance to send SDO packets via UDP frames and build the application
  • Run the application
  • Verify the network trace for POWERLINK/UDP packets
