What

Ensure the dist tree matches expected contents (no additions either!)

Why

OpenAssetIO/OpenAssetIO-Test-CMake#8 removed explicit exhaustitive header checks.

Mediacreation needs some testing to make sure we're not accidentality failing to generate stuff/generating lots of inappropriate stuff, especially as Traitgen changes underneath it.
