i am working on one singal web push notification and saving user id in database for send notification and it's working on all mobile brands except on certain samsung model e.g j7.icon is not showoing even after reseting cookies and clear cache

It sounds like you are using the OneSignal-Website-SDK and having issues receiving a notification on a certain device, correct?
