During discussion at 2010 Security Automation Developer Days the suggestion was
made to add additional levels to the oval-res:ContentEnumeration beyond thin
and full in order help make OVAL Results documents more usable.

The suggestion was made to add a new value to the oval-res:ContentEnumeration.
This new value would be somewhere in between thin and full. Perhaps, call it
'criteria'. The idea is that a value of 'criteria' would include result
definition criteria plus referenced tests plus the tested_items in a referenced
test, but not include any system characteristics data.
