When executing my automate.py script using the builder as an argument, it starts the execution process, but reports an error when this same script executes a new make.py script that is in the root of the build tools. Apparently it also doesn't create an output directory after compiling out to run the final docbuilder script

I'm trying to compile the doc builder on Ubuntu 16.04, I'm following the following steps in the documentation:
