Functionality

Create APIs to View and Edit profiles
Profiles must be created on sign up
Notifications can stay in the firebase profile until they are migrated separately. This might mean we need to keep creating firebase profiles for notifications to work.

Ensure this is fixed:
The country flag displayed in the username is still buggy. As we mix up the map location + flag they choose in their profile settings drowdown.
