website_sale_checkout_skip_payment Problem not able to create second quotation

Hello,
I had install the module Website Sale Checkout Skip Payment and I had enable the option to skip payment on the partner for the portal user.
I had create quotation with some lines and then I click on button confirm,then I get quotation created I try again to create new quotation but I didn't get new one and the cart was not reset after the first quotation create.
On the second try it just update the first quotation and didn't create second quotation so this is the problem that the module didn't allow you to reset the cart after confirmation and not to create a second quotation.

Describe the bug

The bug is that we are not able to create second quotation and the cart will not reset after first creation of quotation.

To Reproduce

Create portal user
Enable the skip option payment on the partner related to the portal user
Create first quotation
Try to create second quotation (check cart it will not reset after the first one quotation)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.Create quotation
2.Create second quotation

Expected behavior
Reset cart after first creation of quotation & create second quotation.
