Hello @yboujraf , the module has been migrated to 13.0. We currently don't have the issue you're mentioning.

I followed the installation of the repository.
The connector-jira is successfully installed and binded with jira but when indtalling service des, odoo generates the error.

All dépendencies were installed.

I am frustrated

I have fixed the error by uninstalling jira python package version 2.0.0 and replaced it by version 3.0.1.

The Cloud version of Jira & Jira service desk are now impacted with GDPR.
The username is not any more supported and needs to be replace by "accountid". see issue #43

It will be great to support it to get link with user in Odoo.
