Private Parties.

I have seen a lot of players who wish to play in private parties on both the main nucleoid and my servers. An option that adds this behind a permission would be highly beneficial.

Private parties would mean that games could be created that cant be joined by other players and perhaps a slight modification in game logic to allow for the game to classify as full.
