這需求來自於 B 班在考試的時候會限制電腦教室連線，僅能連上 NOJ，這樣的話題目的圖片會跑不出來。
外部連結也可能會掛掉，如果可以讓檔案跟題目綁一起比較能避免這問題。
有時候題目可能需要附件給同學下載（這點比較需要討論）。

我猜 MinIO 應該可以跟 S3 一樣生一個 link 給 client？

沒錯，所以 DB 就存 link 即可。
