I would like to commission someone to configure NoCheatPlus for my server. 1.19 paper

NoCheatPlus is outdated and should not be used on any server. A configuration can only do so much. I suggest you take a look at https://github.com/Updated-NoCheatPlus
I also wouldn't throw around dollar signs like that, that attracts scammers usually.

I am using Updated NoCheatPlus... im on 1.19 paper how could I be using the outdated version.

Well if youre using that, you really shouldn't ask in this outdated repository.

Issues are also not meant to recruit people! They're meant to ask for assistance from maintainers with specific bugs.
