Reasoning for backport

There are a few fixes which came with v3.7.0. I’m especially concerned with the fix from Garmelon/PFERD@c54c3bc described as "Personal desktop/dashboard/favorites crawling". To me it seems a common pattern to use PFERD to just sync the Ilias desktop so it is easy to select & deselect courses without changing the PFERD config. This feature is broken in v3.6.0, but restored in v3.7.0.

I see no other breaking changes mentioned and 3.7.0 seems to work fine for me, through I definitely do not use most of the advanced features of PFERD (like rewriting course/file names).
See release notes for v3.7.0, which directly followed 3.6.0 (all release notes).
