Thank you for your attention. This plan has just started. Here is a simple explanation on this link. In simple terms, users vote to prove whether a certain project is necessary to continue to be maintained. If so, we will recruit maintainers and then raise funds through the community. and other methods to restart the maintenance and management of the project.

I just don't see how that could work. I cannot accept funds and block time to work on that project right now. And having other people take over the maintenance is a lot of work too.
