Currently TBN is used as soon as Dark Arts is available which assuming DRK is being played properly will cause a rotation error of 4/5 EoS under raid buffs instead of the intended 5/5 due to failing to bank that TBN proc till the 2m mark

It also uses the first EoS going into burst too early instead of a 2 GCD delay requiring a manual delay to ensure it falls within raidbuffs

I will look to optimize Dark Arts usage.

The first Edge however is going to stay where it is: it should not be delayed for raid buffs.
It is there to get Darkside going, and to prevent overcap if you do not prepull TBN - both things being more valuable than the extra potency from using it under raid buffs, most of the time.

Apologies for my wording English is my fourth language and I just noticed how it came across.
The second half was more so in relation to how banked TBN post opener behavior delays that EoS to be usually used 2 GCDs after LS is used on cooldown ensuring 5/5 is accomplished under buffs which might conflict with the current implementation since doing so let's darkside fall below 10s without dropping it

I think I see what you are saying now, thank you for explaining it again - I believe the way in which I plan to implement Dark Arts optimization will achieve that behavior that you are describing.
Once I have a working copy I'll share it here to confirm.
