code submission and repo cleanup

For code submission, you only need to turn in the source code folder under
xapp1167_vivado/sw. "gesture_stream_v1" is the one?

Also, please remove auto generated files and folders (.log, prj, ipi_prj, sd_image, boot_image, etc.) from github repo.

Actually the code in the sw/gesture is newer, and we have just removed auto generated files and resubmitted the code to the cms, which has clearer comments.
