You can access the issue opened previously because I thought the problem would be related to Media Player clsid2/mpc-hc#2960 . But MPC-HC developer thought it may be related to LAV Splitter.

Changing the playback speed, jumping forward/backward, replay triggers this problem.

H264 works fine.

There seems to be a problem with processing HLS playlist for VP9. Possibly FFmpeg bug.
