Function to delete account

Hi, actually posting this as I tried to delete my user account today (I'm just trying to clear up a bunch of unused user accounts I have across the internet) but there's no way to do so and no-one to contact to request it that I can see. There should be some way to delete a user account or at least request it be deleted - I believe GDPR means users have a right to the data held about them and ask for it to be deleted (unless there's some statutory/legal reason). Thanks.

we have some of the pieces for this in the backend as part of building spam cleanup tools.

There is a bit more to sort out for exactly how to enable this in the frontend.

In the meantime, if you let me know your username and make a private deck named with the link to this issue, I can deactivate your account.
