The quality of generated character images seems not to be very good？

I tried it on the demo. I used simple and detailed prompt words to generate a female character. I tried adjusting the Sampling steps and Negative prompt, but the quality of the character picture I got was a bit poor, mainly on the face. and hand, but the speed of drawing is really fast. I don’t know if it’s my usage method that’s wrong or a problem with this demo. I hope the author can explain how to set the parameters to generate high-quality pictures when publishing the source code.
