If I set a domain with a single wind turbine, shouldn't the turbulence intensity at the turbine when calling get_turbine_TIs() be the ambient TI? Since there are no other wakes from upstream turbines impacting said turbine?
I've been looking at the code, but I can't really understand how it works in FLORIS.
