Image should be able to be loaded if the pixel spacing differs from currently loaded image(s) by a little bit.

Should have a delta in the config options or something for that.

I can do this btw, it was assigned to me originally and I don't think it would be very hard (though it would be hard to test)

#95 fixes this but the code is untested.
