Delfhir was originally designed to allow me to delete resources that were loaded by anyone that were about to be replaced by an upcoming load. As such, it was designed to not require a Whistler Config. However, it would make purging previous loads much easier if it were to accept an optional configuration. This will probably require making some changes to other CLI arguments. But, when present, that config could inform the tool to use 'tags', what that tag is, etc. Also, it would enable the user to employ the environment flags which are easier to keep straight than the possibly lengthy key associated with a given server inside a lengthy hosts file.
