Copyright notice

It seems that the copyright information of README.md is occasionally missing. (The current section "Copyright" section should better be renamed to reflect the contents, e.g. "Contacts".) There is no LICENSE file, either. Does it means users have only the minimal legal rights permitted by the local laws? For a derivative work author, even simple modification and publish can be problematic. This should not be intended.

BTW (not directly the SDK issue), a DLL in SAOUtils now directly static linking to libfreetype. This ("redistribution in binary form") should be noticed as licensed (if not open-sourced, this should be FTL). So are the wxWidgets DLLs.

Well, 我暂时并没有太多去考虑 SDK 的许可问题, 毕竟使用 NERvSDK 的唯一功能就是为 SAO Utils 开发插件, 目前也只有我一人维护这些开放的框架代码, 所以许可细节一直没有过多考虑. 当然, 使用 SDK 开发的插件, 作者最低限度可以选择是否开源自己的代码.

关于 libfreetype 的使用许可, 我已经在分发程序包中的 Readme.EN.txt 和 Readme.CHS.txt 中提到项目中使用的各种库, 而且在程序的二进制代码中也有明确向这些库的作者致敬(主菜单-选项-关于). 我也不太清楚这些库的使用协议是否指出了必须要以何种形式, 是否必须使用指定的文件名作为免责声明等诸如此类的细节问题.

由于开发经验短浅, 使用许可上的考虑不周, 请不吝指教.

我清楚你的意思，只是提一下这至少仍然是一个需要考虑的 TODO ，因为法律确实如此限制用户的权利。加上明确的许可证文档也会使项目显得更正式。

关于使用许可也有类似的形式上的考虑（以及减小风险）。比较保险的做法是明确引用获得授权的条款。特别地，对 FreeType 这样多许可证授权的材料，指定清楚哪一个许可证基本是必要的（即便能推断出合法的授权只有一种）。具体的权利首先也通过许可证明确的条款来确定。

这里，因为你已经在文档里提到了 FreeType 的工作，满足 FTL 条款的条件，当使用 FTL 时，你受权在此之上制作二进制形式的衍生作品并分发：

但若不通过包含明确的许可证来源等方式明确使用许可证，这些权利并不会自动地获得（不像大部分著作权法直接规定你不需声明和注册就对自己的作品默认享有某些权利——你不是这些作品的作者，不会因此成为著作权人）。

（当然，若许可证本身指出了附带许可证文档是衍生作品作者需要遵守的条件时，就不能推脱了，像发行 FreeType 源代码时，不管按 GPLv2 还是 FTL ，都得附带许可证原文，只是这里不属于这种情况。）

FTL 是形式上也比较宽松的许可证。相对地，有些类 BSD 许可证要求

——这样的条款，那么使用这些许可证就需要在二进制程序中以某种形式复现版权说明。在这里， FTL 倒没有明确这种义务，所以并不需要。不过我发这个 issue 之前其实特别地看过“主菜单-选项-关于”界面，并没有发现类似的说明。

顺便发散的两个其它小问题……

• 设置首选项时，程序的其它部分不可操作。这个是有意的设计吗？
• Readme.EN.txt 里有一句 You may not export this software to Israel, ……后面……没了。。。（建议还是和 Readme.CHS.txt 直接对应）。

• 是的, 相当于其他模态对话框一样, 并不希望用户在这个时刻做其他操作.
• 这个禁止导出代码的声明我也不太清楚为什么会变成这样, 看了一下版本库似乎从第一个版本就是这个状态了, 已修正.
