CameraTransiton: Wrong point seems to be used when transitioning #933

Click and drag the globe, then transition to ortho with "topDownOrtho" selected, the camera sometimes jumps to an unexpected far position.

Positioning the camera in a top-down position and transitioning over and over causes the camera to inch upward.
