Use WarpDrive IBlockTransformer to move and rotate stargate properly (and rings too)

Example implementations: warpdrive/compat

Register block transformer with
WarpDriveConfig.registerBlockTransformer("Aunis", new WDAunisBlockTransformer());

UPD: #160 about 9th chevron and static address
