This is the issue (or topic) where new volunteers can discuss enhancements to the first draft of chapter 1-Translation_Best_Practices.md

This chapter deals with general best practices of the translation field: how to determine “quality” in a translation, what does “localization” mean and how does it changes in various countries, how to produce an accurate translation that is also well-written and “natural” etc.
Please, read the chapter linked above and write down in this section all your comments, suggestions and impressions.
