When wizards (traitor or regular) try to use vials of blood or vials of tickles to spawn slaughter demons or laughter demons, it wont spawn either of them. I've tested in a private game and both of them ARE spawnable and playable. I've also heard that the VERY RARE regular spawn is also broken and will not spawn them.
