Different casing is not respecting #145

For example this what I had before import to DB tables:

{
    "Wins": "Побед",
    "wins": "побеждает"
}

After publishing/synchronizing I got only one key of two:

{
    "Wins": "Побед",
}

I don't think that loosing data is desired behaviour for this package.
Even assuming that example I provide lacks of good architecture.
