Status bar refresh issue.

In some applications tint reverses to automatically detected color if it's changed by some other activity. For example:

1. In YouTube app color goes to black when watching video and when going back the color is set to automatically detected color, which is slightly incorrect.
2. In Skype if keyboard is initiated, color changes to black (which is also strange, doesn't happen in other apps) and when closed the icons color tint goes to gray, which I assume is automatically detected as well.
3. Status bar color becomes black in Chrome when minimizing it, but only when using the plug-in, not without.

Note 3 (SM-N9005) stock rom. TSB 1.8.9.5.

I have a similar issue with the same device, the status bar doesn't changs color on the sides, also it doesn't show me the correct color, using chrome with tabs should give me black status bar with white Icons, right now it's black on the sides, blue in betwene and Icons are black. Thanks for this great job so far tho. Running temasek's cm11 v145 with 320 dpi no theme, and with theme same issue.

The best example of this is when you're in any other activity, and Google Play updates an app. The statusbar turns green.
