Stable Big Sur

Monterey didn't really work out for me with loads of bugs with the OS itself. Might update back to Monterey in the future but the chances are low since there were tons of bugs. Downgraded to Big Sur and its stable!

Was able to patch the refi to allow for thunderbolt support. This has not really been tested but if you could and upload your results in this releases discussion it would help a lot

Make sure to change the serial number using gensmbios
