Have the Loot/ pet drops run off OSRSBox API [Enhancement]

The OSRSBox API is able to provide Drop rate information, and link to the Wiki directly for items that are pinged to the discord through the webhook. It was used in another plugin that's no longer available, and works very well for discord.
