LED blinking depends on specific BT dongle and connected devices. I don't see problem from video.
If it works then leave it as is.

Hello sorgelig

what is strange is that on the previous version the Bluetooth had a normal
behavior as on the video

New bluetooth stack supports more features, especially BLE.
Disconnect all BT devices and dongle will blink seldom not at all.

Hello
in both cases there is no hardware connected to the key

There is a problem with this version.
Micro USB 2.0 OTG Cable cannot be recognized when connected to a Bluetooth adapter. The Bluetooth adapter must be connected to the USB HUB to be recognized.
It has been tested that the Micro USB 2.0 OTG Cable is operating normally.

The Bluetooth adapter is Broadcom chip 4.0

Your problem has no relation to original posted issue. Your problem has something to do with either USB host driver or some other changes in Kernel 5.x.. This is beyond my knowledge and i'm afraid i can't help. Using USB hub is kind of essential thing for MiSTer so should be not a problem for normal use.

btw, WiFi+BT dongle based on RTL8821cu chip seems works ok with direct connection (without hub). So you get not only BT but also WiFi

I checked the Bluetooth adapter model: BCM20702
Now we need to use usb hub to work properly
