windows 更新 24H2 版本后 mihomo tun 好像出了很多的问题。ms 确实在这个版本做了很大幅度的重构。
细碎的不兼容问题之外，最大的问题是这个版本只要是用虚拟网卡，哪怕物理网卡和，网络就是未连接的小地球，这不会影响浏览器的体验，但是一些软件要检测网络连接状态再启动（e.g. outlook）。之前的更新也有 nsci 改动政策让用户设备小地球的情况。目前我在组策略禁用了nsci，偶尔还是会出现小地球，需要重启 mihomo。不知道这个问题应该反映在微软社区、wintun、singbox-tun了，就在这里提一下吧。
