Allow calling method instead of setting property #6

Config should allow calling method, also combined with component name, ie:

'setLogger()' => [
    'class' => Monolog\Monolog::class
];
// or
'@setLogger()' => 'logger';

Or some other syntax?

'setLogger@' => [
    'class' => Monolog\Monolog::class
];
