Hi,

it looks like there was an error with the rt limit for the optimization.
The RT limits become to close after generating the MBR library and alphaDIA can't extract full XICs anymore.

We will fix this and include it in the next version.

As a quick fix, set the target_rt_tolerance = 50in the second search. This should prevent the error and give the same results.
