This issue is to implement the creation of .bib files to help with citing software.
Following recommendations of the SIRS Report and filling the gaps identified in SIRS Gaps Analysis report, we wish to expose citation software to help scholars using the package biblatex-software to properly cite software.

Only for the software metadata.

The biblatex-software is a package that scholars can use to cite software they use or develop. This package allows the compilation of LaTeX document software metadata in a citation format. To do this, authors need to upload .bib files, and the content can be later compiled in a LaTeX file. Technically, it means we must expose the software metadata that is relevant for citation in .bib files that can directly be reused in a LaTeX document. The documentation on biblatex-software provides examples of what a .bib file has to look like.
