Hi,

We used to rely on this tool heavily by speeding up our driver packaging in SCCM....however as of late, we've noticed the tool crashing a lot during the extracting process and would take upwards of 2-3 hours per model! Gotten to the point where I've reverted back to the old fashioned way.... does anyone experience this? I've updated to every latest version of the tool but I feel its becoming less reliable in our environment. I've reinstalled several times from scratch to no avail.

Running CB 2211 of SCCM.

Thanks!

Just to update on this I ended up just shift deleting every single driver. This was back dated up to Windows 7.

I've installed the tool on another server to see whether this would make any difference. The tool ran a little faster but midway through its packaging process: [Error] - The SMS Provider reported an error. I checked out the SMSprov.log file during the packaging process. The most common error reported were the following:

Error setting property (TransformAnalysisDate) 0x80041002!
Error setting property (TransformReadiness) 0x80041002!

I won't echo what people are responding with in regards to this tool but I think I will just go back to the old fashioned way.... while it's cumbersome and requires a little admin work, it's my only solution at the moment.
