When using Modpath v7 in Modflow-2005 the pathlines are only visible in the rows and collumns. The pathlines aren't visible in the top view.
When i export the pathlines as shapefiles it places them at the top left corner of the model in the GIS-file.

Is there a solution to solve this?

@LOBA6199 This does not appear to be a MODPATH issue per se. From the screenshot, it looks like you are using Model Muse. If you adjust the top view to look at the top left corner of the model, can you see the pathlines in the top view then? (You will want to make sure you are displaying all layers, or at least the layer the pathlines are in.) And do they then disappear from the side views?

@LOBA6199 To display all the layers (please see my previous comment), you'll want to uncheck (deselect) the option highlighted below:

@aprovost-usgs If I adjust the top view to the top left corner of the model, the pathlines remain invisible in the top view. In the side views, they remain visible. All layers are displayed and the ‘Limit to current column, row and layer in 2D views’ option is disabled.

@LOBA6199 Thank you for trying those suggestions. Would you be able to share your Model Muse .gpt file with us so we can have a look? If it's convenient for you, please feel free to email it (zipped, please, if it's more than a few Mb) to me at [email protected].

@aprovost-usgs Thanks for helping me. I have sent you an email with the file.
