This is a manually generated list. Can we use the GitHub API to grab everyone who has contributed to MFC, like on the website homepage?

We should keep a section for "Past Contributors," or something like that, perhaps just amend the GitHub-generated list, for people that have not contributed to this GitHub repo. but did contribute in the past.
