As of 2024-10-18, several mdakits' CI broke overnight with the following error: ValueError: there is no reference attributes in this universeto guess types froma
This failure is due to the new "guessers API" that we merged recently and that broke the API unintentionally. Luckily, the MDAKits registry alerted us to this problem before we shipped it as a 2.8.0 release. We are now working on patching up the API for the 2.x releases. Issue #4748 is tracking the problem.
