LHR unlock 3000 series Nvidia?

Wanted to know what you think about the level of difficulty in getting around the LHR of the 3000 series Nvidia ?

Do you think it will be a very complex hardware based mod or simply a bios flash tweak to get around it and have full hash power.

I have not looked into this but would love to know the difficulty to know if as all possible and if couple months is likely or otherwise.

Could it simply be a version renaming thing to sort in registry/Handshake w/ the chip, to allow acceptance of the old driver or will it require a hardware override ? LOLminer team have you looked into this as almost all the new cards are going to be LHR and make very unprofitable if not fixed?
