Enhancement: It would be handy to have a NatValue: Value with positive integers only; and what about such a thing for negative integers only?

Another enhancement would be a NEValue, NENAtValue: NonEmpty Value, NonEmpty NatValue

To be useful, this would require significant support code, to work with (for example) validators, minting policies and all the other functionality Value currently has. While arguably, NatValue is a useful idea, it's not likely we'll be able to implement this any time soon.
