I trained a model using 16-mixed precision, and then tried to load and fine-tune the model using the following code:

model = WeatherModel.load_from_checkpoint(checkpoint_path=args.ckpt_path, weights_only=True)
model = model.half()
for name, param in model.named_parameters():
    if "decoder" not in name and "head" not in name:
        param.requires_grad = False

However, the following error occurred:
