Task Template for Easy Collaboration

Hi @kylefox1

We're discussing putting tasks in an easy-to-read template that addresses the need to get work done. Can you let me know if this looks good and if we can start using this for every task moving forward? This is my proposal. Please let me know if you'd like to add anything. I know we're just getting started on organizing all of this, so hopefully, this is another welcome change to enable us to collaborate better.

So, inside #12 (and every issue log), this text would go into the initial text box to identify what the purpose of the task is, how to complete it, and where you need to go to find the info.

Assigned To:

• Here, you would fill in who this is assigned to-; you can also tag assigners on the side tab

Objective:

• Here you would add the purpose of the task. What needs to happen here, and why is this important? It shouldn't be more than a sentence.

Information to Review:

• This should be like a list of requirements. So it might say something like: "Add feedback for each question you have thoughts on"
• Make sure to add bullet points here. You can use the markdown notation: [ ]

Links:

• Add any relevant links here. Primarily this will be to link out to where the work is stored. There are a lot of different tools being used right now, so we need to make sure links are organized for us to find and be effective with.

Questions from Task Creator (if any):

• This is a place for you to add any questions, comments, or concerns about the task. So for example, you might already have a question yourself on some of the questions in the Provide comments on questions from questionnaire V0.9 #12 task. You might want someone to spend extra time reviewing your work or having a piece of info in mind as they go through it. Add this here.
