[BUG] escape char quotes (' ") cause an error with worker names at the Flux interface #325

🐛 Bug Report

Related to this bug, our string apostrophe/single apostrophe use in spec/specification.py causes the worker names to be improperly generated by Flux.

To Reproduce
Running merlin run-workers --echo.

Expected behavior
Workers should be named [Merlin_]
