Time critical not retrying until sucessful

I submitted a time critical imaging sequence and clicked the check box to retry until successful but the sequence did not execute. Since the target was setting, I even increased the airmass constrain to <2.0 in order to guarantee the sequence could be scheduled. Based of this, it seems like the retry until successful button isn't working as intended.
